Rezan Has Museum
You are invited to the guided tour and European Archaeology Days events to be held at the Rezan Has Museum on Friday and Saturday, June 12–13, 2026.
Supported by the French Ministry of Culture since 2010 and organized by the French National Institute for Preventive Archaeological Research (INRAP), the European Archaeology Days will take place between June 12 and 14 this year, with the participation of the Rezan Has Museum.
The Rezan Has Museum is a unique museum space built around the remains of a 17th-century Ottoman structure and an 11th-century Byzantine cistern located beneath the historic building of Kadir Has University. Open to visitors since 2007, the museum houses archaeological artifacts spanning a broad period from the Neolithic Age to the Seljuk Era, as well as historical documents and objects related to the Cibali Tobacco Factory.
Our experts will welcome you at Kadir Has University, and the guided tour organized within the scope of the European Archaeology Days will begin at the Rezan Has Museum located on campus. Following a presentation of the exhibition and its artifacts within their historical context, the tour will conclude.
