Anatolian Languages and Cultures Panel III

The “Anatolian Languages and Cultures Panel Series” within the scope of the Whispers of Extinct Languages III Online Exhibition continue.

The third of the panel series, will take place on Thursday, May 23rd, 2024 at Kadir Has University with Prof. Dr. Ferit Baz’s speech from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Faculty of Science and Letters, Department of History, Ancient History Department.

Prof. Dr. Ferit Baz will give information about the types of inscriptions and the places where the inscriptions are positioned according to their types, the general characteristics of the inscription carriers, and some important features of the letter characters and lines in the inscriptions in his speech titled “What Do the Formation and Positioning of Inscriptions Tell Us?”

*The panel is open to all participants and free of charge. Panel language will be Turkish.
